Human Resource & Mentorship Programs

Paksons Enterprises Limited is also aimed at offering quality goods and services which therefore brings the need to greatly value the welfare of our employees (both the staff and the non-staff). This has been made possible with the presence of mentors who have had training on public relations administered by the company which makes it easier for the challenges faced by the employees to be addressed appropriately and in time. The human
resource department has also set-up programs meant to involve both the institutions of higher learning i.e. colleges and universities and the company by providing internship and attachment to students from all over the country with the help of other agricultural based companies.

The students are therefore able to gain a lot of experience when they break class monotony through application of knowledge acquired to real life practices. Some of the activities involve; organization of stock ,filing of documents in the company, merchandising, selling and display of products , customer care services , stock taking and store management, distribution of products to various customers, receiving of products and the daily tasks using ICT based systems. They also participate in farmers' training meetings. The beneficiaries of the Paksons mentorship and internship programs include: Kennedy Kipyegon (Kenyatta University), Dennis Njenga (Egerton University), Grace Muriuki (JKUAT), Evans Byegon (K enya Institute of Management) and Brenda Chepngeno
(K enyatta University), Sheila Tanui (Kabarak University), just to name but a few.
